Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of digital products (WordPress plugins and themes distributed under the GPL license) and club memberships on gpl-plugins.com.

2. Products

The files distributed are the vendors' original files, redistributed under the GNU GPL license. The vendor's license key, premium support and connected services are not included.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is due at the time of order through the secure payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered by immediate download after payment confirmation.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law on digital content supplied immediately, the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal upon download.

6. Membership

The club membership gives unlimited access to the catalog during the subscription period. It may be cancelled at any time and remains active until the end of the paid period.
